Menyiapkan Calon Guru SD untuk Ekosistem Pendidikan Terintegrasi SNT: Rekonstruksi Kompetensi Pedagogis, Digital, dan Profesional Preparing Prospective Elementary School Teachers for an SNT-Integrated Education Ecosystem: Reconstruction of Pedagogical, Digital, and Professional Competencies

Main Article Content

Abstract

Sekolah Nasional Terintegrasi (SNT) signals an ecosystem-oriented direction in education policy that connects curriculum, teacher development, digital infrastructure, local contexts, and school partnerships. Although the design of SNT primarily integrates lower and upper secondary education, its emphasis on learning continuity and regional improvements in educational quality calls for a review of the preparation of prospective primary school (SD) teachers. This study aims to reconstruct the pedagogical, digital, and professional competencies of prospective primary school teachers to support the continuity of this ecosystem. The method used was an integrative narrative literature review of 30 sources, comprising 24 scholarly journal articles and six policy documents or reference frameworks. The synthesis integrated PCK, TPACK, DigCompEdu, interdisciplinary STEM/STEAM/STEAMS education, deep learning, reflective practice, and professional collaboration. The findings identified four interrelated domains of competence: integrative pedagogical competence, critical and ethical digital competence, reflective and adaptive competence, and collaborative professional competence. Based on this synthesis, the study proposes the KRK-PGSD framework along with mechanisms for its development through STEAMS studios, microteaching, staged field practice, mentoring, authentic assessment, and performance portfolios. This framework provides a conceptual foundation for structuring the education of prospective primary school teachers in alignment with the continuity of the SNT ecosystem. Its construct validity and the impact of its implementation still require empirical testing.
