ARZUSIN: Jurnal Manajemen dan Pendidikan Dasar is published by Lembaga Yasin Al Sys and is issued six times per year (February, April, June, August, October, and December). The journal provides a scholarly forum for advancing knowledge, values, and professional skills in management and elementary education through rigorous, ethical, and well-reported research.
Aims
ARZUSIN aims to publish rigorous, peer-reviewed scholarship in two complementary domains—educational management and elementary education—while welcoming integrative studies that connect leadership and governance with classroom practice and learner outcomes. The journal prioritizes manuscripts that demonstrate conceptual clarity, methodological transparency, and practical relevance for improving educational quality.
• Educational Management: advance evidence on leadership, governance, policy implementation, quality assurance, organizational culture, and school improvement.
• Elementary Education: strengthen research on curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, literacy and numeracy, inclusive practice, and student development in primary schooling.
• Contextual Scholarship: encourage studies across schools, madrasah, and pesantren, including community-based initiatives and partnerships.
• Methodological Diversity: promote quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, development studies, and systematic reviews with ethical compliance and transparent reporting.
Submissions should clearly articulate a research problem, report methods transparently, and demonstrate a well-defined contribution grounded in relevant scholarship and ethical standards.
Scope
ARZUSIN welcomes manuscripts in two primary streams—educational management and elementary education—as well as integrative studies linking school governance to teaching-learning quality and student outcomes. Submissions may address school, madrasah, and pesantren settings, including leadership structures and classroom-level innovations.
• Management topics: leadership and supervision, governance and accountability, quality assurance, school-based management, strategic planning, HR development, and organizational culture.
• Elementary education topics: curriculum implementation, teaching models and learning strategies, literacy and numeracy, classroom assessment, inclusive education, and learner development.
• Improvement and innovation: school improvement programs, evidence-based interventions, learning resource development, instructional media, and technology-supported learning for primary contexts.
• Formats: empirical articles (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods), development and evaluation studies, conceptual papers, and systematic or scoping reviews with clear procedures.
Priority is given to manuscripts with strong conceptual framing, transparent methods, and implications that are logically derived for school or classroom improvement.
