Implementasi Pembelajaran Menggunakan Interactive Flat Panel di KB Kasih Ibu Kamang Baru Sijunjung

Abstract

Although the use of technology in early childhood education has been widely studied, research on the implementation of interactive flat panels to introduce children to professions remains limited. This study aimed to describe the implementation of learning activities using an interactive flat panel to introduce children to professions at KB Kasih Ibu Kamang Baru Sijunjung. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving one teacher and nine students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participant observation, semistructured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that instruction was implemented systematically through three stages. The planning stage involved developing daily lesson plans (RPPH) and preparing instructional facilities. The implementation stage actively engaged children in interactive learning activities, while the evaluation and reflection stage was conducted on an ongoing basis to inform instructional improvements. These findings indicate the importance of integrating planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection when using an interactive flat panel in early childhood education. This study enriches the literature on interactive instructional media by describing the application of this technology in activities introducing children to professions and provides a reference for teachers and early childhood education institutions in designing, implementing, and evaluating technology-based learning. Future research should quantitatively examine the effectiveness of this medium within a broader scope.
