There is no fee to submit a manuscript.
Fast-Track Review
IDR 0
If offered and selected, the journal targets an editorial decision within 4 weeks, subject to reviewer availability and editorial workload. This option does not guarantee acceptance.
Article Publication Fee (APC)
IDR 200,000
Payable only after acceptance and prior to publication (production stage).
International Author(s) Waiver
Free (IDR 0)
The APC is waived if the accepted manuscript includes at least one author affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia. The journal may request affiliation verification where necessary.
Currency: All fees are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any bank or platform charges on transfers are the responsibility of the payer.
Author-Based Calculation
  • The APC covers manuscripts with up to two authors.
  • For each additional author (starting from the third author), an extra IDR 100,000 is applied per author.
Example: 4 authors → IDR 200,000 + (2 × IDR 100,000) = IDR 400,000.
Payment Timing & Administration
  • When to pay: After acceptance and after receiving an official invoice/notification from the editorial office.
  • How to pay: Payment instructions will be provided in the acceptance email.
  • Editorial independence: Payment status does not affect peer review, editorial decisions, or publication ethics procedures.
Important: Please do not send payment before receiving an acceptance decision and official payment instructions.
Waiver Policy
If you do not have sufficient funding to cover the APC, you may request a fee waiver. Waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are handled separately from editorial decisions.
