Abstract

The research is descriptive qualitative research. The study aims to analyze the use of discovery learning to increasing science in elementary school students learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at Pedurungan Lor 02 state Elementary School, and the subjects in this study were teachers and fifth grade students of Pedurungan Lor 02 state Elementary School. Qualitative data were analyzed using reduction, then presented, then drawing conclusion. The result were obtained that sains learning, the student has difficulty. This is due to the constraints of learning model unable to motivate students.
