International Journal of Education, Culture, and Society publishes peer-reviewed scholarship that advances research on education within socio-cultural contexts and examines how culture and society shape learning, identity, and social change. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and methodologically rigorous work that contributes to educational improvement, cultural sustainability, and policy-relevant understanding across local, national, and global settings.

Encourage scholarship that addresses equity, inclusion, intercultural relations, and ethical issues through context-sensitive and methodologically robust approaches.
Scope
The journal considers original research articles, systematic reviews, and theoretically informed papers on education, culture, and society. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and clear relevance to understanding and improving education in diverse socio-cultural contexts.
1) Sociology and Anthropology of Education
Education and social stratification, cultural capital, community influences, educational mobility, ethnographic studies, and learning as social practice.
2) Culture, Identity, and Values in Education
Cultural identity, local wisdom, values education, moral and character education, intercultural learning, and cultural sustainability through education.
3) Teaching, Learning, and Culturally Responsive Pedagogy
Culturally responsive teaching, instructional innovation, classroom discourse, assessment practices, and pedagogies that address diversity and inclusion.
4) Language, Literacy, and Cultural Communication
Language and literacy practices, bilingual/multilingual education, discourse and communication, language policy, and cultural communication in education and society.
5) Policy, Equity, and Social Justice
Education policy and reform, equity and inclusion, gender and social justice, access and participation, and rights-based approaches in education.
6) Community, Heritage, and Social Change
Community education, heritage education, cultural transmission, social change, digital society influences, youth and community studies, and social cohesion.
7) Religion, Ethics, and Society
Religion and education, ethics and values in public life, religious moderation, citizenship, tolerance, and moral education in plural societies.
8) Comparative and Global Perspectives
Comparative education, global citizenship, migration and education, cross-cultural studies, and regional or transnational perspectives on education and society.
Types of Manuscripts Considered
The journal considers, among others, the following manuscript types: empirical quantitative studies, qualitative research (including ethnography), mixed-methods studies, program and policy evaluation research, systematic/scoping reviews, conceptual/theoretical analyses, and methodological papers. Submissions must demonstrate clear research questions, transparent methods, robust analysis, and ethically responsible conduct.
