Nagari Government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of the Nagari people in the system of Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Wali Nagari is the administrator of the government, while BAMUS (Consultative Body) is the supervisory agency. The research departs from the management and utilization of assets in the Tanjuang Bonai village which has not been maximized, there is no income or deficit for the nagari originating from the management and utilization of the nagari assets in the Tanjuang Bonai Nagari, Tanah Datar Regency and the unclear management of the Tanjuang Bonai Nagari assets, some are managed community and some are managed by the nagari. This study aims to describe the asset management of Nagari in Nagari Tanjuang Bonai, Tanah Datar Regency, to describe the utilization of Nagari assets in Nagari Tanjuang Bonai, Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods and this research was carried out in Nagari Tanjung Bonai, Tanah Datar Regency and to test the validity of the data the researchers used source triangulation techniques. The results of the research are. The results of this study are 1. Utilization of Nagari Assets in Nagari Tanjuang Bonai, Tanah Datar Regency, such as a. fixed asset utilization activities, b. utilization activities by administering fixed assets, and c. Nagari asset utilization activities by applying fixed asset reporting.

The aim of this research is to investigate and identify effective monitoring and accountability mechanisms for the use of Freies Ermessen in the legal system in order to increase integrity and fairness in decision making. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and literature studies. A qualitative approach was chosen because it provides the ability to deepen and understand complex phenomena and allows researchers to explore various perspectives and relevant contexts. The research results show that regarding the use of Freies Ermessen in the legal system, there is a need to develop effective monitoring and accountability mechanisms. Transparency in the decision-making process, setting clear standards, and community involvement are key to ensuring that discretion is used with integrity and in accordance with legal principles. In addition, the role of an independent court system in examining decisions taken and strengthening accountability mechanisms for authority holders is essential in preventing abuse of power.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information on the influence of the influence of the integrity of the state civil apparatus on the quality of service in the Agam district transportation office. This type of research is quantitative research. The total population in this study was 60 employees. As for the number of samples, there are 60 employees. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model questionnaire with four answer choices. Validity and reliability tests are carried out with the help of the SPSS program version 26. Then a simple regression analysis test was carried out between the two variables. The results showed that the integrity of the apparatus had a significant effect on the quality of service in the Agam Regency transportation office, which was 35.9% and the probability value (sig) was 0.000.

This research discusses the effectiveness of mobile library services in developing people's reading interest in the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service. The aim of this research is to find out whether the mobile library service at the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service is effective enough in developing people's interest in reading in Sibolga City. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation, while technical data analysis is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely data triangulation, method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the mobile library service in developing people's interest in reading in the Sibolga city library and archives service has gone quite well, this can be seen in real conditions after the researchers conducted observations and interviews, which can be seen based on the public's fairly good response, and the enthusiasm of children who always welcome mobile library visits to their schools. Factors that influence mobile library services in developing people's reading interest in the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service, namely book collections, users/readers, librarians on duty, and the mobile library facilities provided are supporting factors. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are in terms of funding, as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure for the 17 sub-districts which are visiting points for mobile libraries for the Sibolga city library and archives service.

The results show that the application of values of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach can improve the indices of public satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness of public services. The factors supporting the success of public organizational cultural innovation include leadership commitment, employee engagement, effective communication, and appropriate reward systems. However, the implementation of public organizational cultural innovation also faces challenges such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and bureaucratic complexity. One of the most common natural disasters in Indonesia is landslides Heavy rains have caused several landslides in various regions, causing a large impact every year. Landslides caused by rainfall have also become a global problem in many regions, leading to large-scale landslides. Landslides that occur in Sitinjau Lauik, Padang City are influenced by high rainfall with very steep slopes (70˚-80˚), making this area very prone to landslides. One of the techniques used in mapping landslide vulnerability is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technique, which is a flying machine controlled by a remote controller. The data obtained will be processed using ArcGIS with Weighted Overlay technique, and factors affecting landslides have been conditioned based on Multi Influencing Factor (MIF). This research aims to achieve: 1) the landslide vulnerability level of Sitinjau Lauik Padang-Solok, 2) determine the landslide prone zones in Sitinjau Lauik. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with spatial approach. The data required are primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of aerial photographs taken using drones and processed to produce slope, elevation, aspect, and TWI. The secondary data used is the Landsat 8 image in 2023 which is used to determine the vegetation index. This research resulted in 1) The landslide vulnerability level of Sitinjau Lauik is divided into four classes, namely, low landslide vulnerability level with an area of 4342m or 10.81%. Medium landslide vulnerability level with an area of 24575m or 61.16%. High landslide vulnerability level with an area of 11,294m or 28%. And very high landslide vulnerability level with an area of 14m or 0.03%. 2) Landslide vulnerability zonation based on slope condition is divided into 3 zones: Zone A with an area of 20,901m, Zone B with an area of 4642m. And Zone C with an area of 14,614m.

Land cover change is a process of change from previous land cover to other land cover and is also long or temporary in nature which is a form of logical consequence of growth and transformation. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine land cover in Batang Anai Sub-district. The research method uses the overlay method, map analysis approach and also regression statistics, namely Landsat images of land cover of the study area in 2002 and 2022 sourced from the Research Center. Significant changes in the area of each category reflect major shifts in the land use structure of the area over the period 2002 to 2022. An increase in urban and wet-rice farming, along with a decrease in the area of shrubs, are highlighted. The driving factor for land change in the Batang Anai sub-district is caused by people who want to increase their income from existing land by expanding their plantation or agricultural land and also building built-up land.

The results show that there is a significant influence of social media platforms on the investment interest of the millennial generation in the capital market, with a strong correlation and a large contribution.

This research aims to identify regional identity for sustainable tourism in IV Koto Sub-district, Agam Regency based on the potential of natural and cultural resources. The research method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research analyzes primary and secondary data to evaluate the attractiveness of natural attractions and cultural elements of interest to local communities. The results showed that the Great Wall of Koto Gadang was the natural attraction with the highest potential as a regional identity, while traditional ceremonies, particularly batagak gala, became the most significant cultural identity. The findings emphasize the importance of utilizing natural and cultural resources in a sustainable manner, involving the active participation of local communities in tourism development.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of widespread misuse of information spread on social media. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the utilization of Twitter's "X" trending topic feature fulfills the information needs among students of the Library and Information Science major at Universitas Negeri Padang. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research sample consists of 80 students from the Library and Information Science major, with data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents according to the research criteria. Based on the data, the study found that the utilization of Twitter's "X" trending topic feature among students of the Library and Information Science major at Universitas Negeri Padang is categorized as good, falling within the interval scale of 3.41 – 4.20. Additionally, the fulfillment of information needs among students of the Library and Information Science major through the utilization of Twitter's "X" trending topic feature is also categorized as good, within the same interval scale of 3.41 – 4.20. Thus, it can be concluded that through the utilization of Twitter's "X" trending topic feature, the information needs of students can be fulfilled.

The curriculum is crucial in enhancing education quality. One way to demonstrate the quality of an educational institution is through accreditation. Accreditation is the process of comparing field facts with eight standards. This research aims to understand how curriculum management implementation improves education quality based on the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP). This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews and document reviews according to IASP 2020. The results show that curriculum planning has been well executed, including regular meetings every semester with subject teachers and the curriculum team to discuss and determine school policies. Curriculum implementation is evidenced by providing support to teachers who experience difficulties in applying the existing curriculum. Curriculum evaluation has been well conducted in terms of input, process, and output aspects.

This study aims to determine the quality of well water in Ujung Gurun Village, Padang City and the factors that influence it. The research method used is quantitative research by utilizing primary data taken from several well samples in the area. The parameters tested include pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), iron (Fe), manganese, and lead.The results showed that most of the water quality parameters have met the requirements, except for the iron (Fe) content which is in the range of 1.7 to 7.5 Mg/L, exceeding the set limit. Overall, the quality of well water in Ujung Gurun Village is quite good, but further processing is needed to reduce the iron content to comply with the applicable regulations.The factors that affect the water quality in this area are poor and clogged drainage, as well as the possibility of seawater intrusion. Improvement and maintenance of the drainage system as well as appropriate water treatment need to be carried out to improve the quality of well water in Ujung Gurun Village, Padang City.

Analisis Geospasial Penentuan Lokasi TPA Sampah di Kabupaten Kerinci

The purpose of this research are : 1) To analyze suitable locations for the construction of landfill sites in Kerinci Regency based on SNI Number 03-3241-1994 using a Geographic Information System (GIS), 2) To analyze the suitability of the recommendations for selected landfills based on SNI Number 03 -3241-1994 with Kerinci Regency Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) Map. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the research are: 1) the recommended locations for landfill construction are in 3 sub-districts, including Keliling Danau Sub-district with an area of 883 ha, Batang Merangin Sub-district with an area of 1,283 ha, and Siulak Mukai Sub-district with an area of 209 ha. 2) The three selected landfill recommendations are not located in areas planned as residential areas. The three locations that meet the criteria as landfill locations have been planned as plantation areas and permanent production forest areas.
