In this context, co-curricular activities serve as a strategic medium for character development; however, their effectiveness depends substantially on the quality of teacher performance management. This study aims to analyze teacher performance management in the implementation of deep learning-based co-curricular activities to strengthen the character dimensions of the graduate profile at MTs Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teacher performance management was implemented through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. During implementation, teachers functioned as facilitators, mentors, and learning companions by applying the principles of mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning. Evaluation was conducted through monitoring, supervision, reflection, and continuous improvement. Systematic teacher performance management contributed to strengthening the character dimensions of the graduate profile, particularly religiosity, integrity, responsibility, independence, collaboration, and leadership. The study concludes that deep learning-based co-curricular activities can serve as an effective instrument for character development when supported by structured and high-quality teacher performance management. These findings contribute to the discourse on madrasah-based character education and provide practical implications for improving teacher management practices in co-curricular programs.
Budiyanto Budiyanto, Mustaqim Mustaqim, Sukarman Sukarman ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10744 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 20:31:37 +0800 Pengaruh Perkembangan Pasar Modal Syariah dan Inflasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia pada Tahun 2021-2024 https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10765
Economic growth is an important indicator in assessing the success of a country’s development. Although the development of the Islamic capital market and inflation has been widely studied, research that specifically analyzes the effect of the market capitalization of Sharia stocks included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and inflation on Indonesia’s economic growth during the 2021–2024 economic recovery period remains relatively limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization and inflation on Indonesia’s economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research sample covered all quarterly data for the 2021–2024 period, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected through documentation from official publications of Statistics Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Financial Services Authority, and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s economic growth, with a significance value of 0.002. Inflation also had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, the two variables had a significant effect on economic growth, with a significance value of 0.000 and an Adjusted R² value of 0.741. These findings strengthen Keynesian Growth Theory, which emphasizes the importance of investment in driving economic growth, and broaden understanding of the role of the Islamic capital market and macroeconomic stability in national development. The conclusion of this study confirms that ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization and inflation are important factors contributing to Indonesia’s economic growth during the economic recovery period. The implications of this study point to the importance of strengthening the Islamic capital market and controlling inflation to support sustainable economic growth.
Aisya Ramadani, Hesi Eka Puteri ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10765 Sat, 20 Jun 2026 20:44:51 +0800 Systematic Literature Review: Role Playing dan Storytelling dalam Matematika SD untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kritis dan Pemecahan Masalah https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10685
Critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving abilities are essential competencies that need to be developed from elementary school to support 21st-century learning. However, various evaluation results indicate that these abilities remain relatively low among some Indonesian students, making more innovative, contextual, and participatory learning strategies necessary. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of role playing and storytelling methods in improving elementary school students’ critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing seven relevant research articles published between 2021 and 2026. The review process was conducted through the stages of identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of the review show that role playing and storytelling methods can improve students’ critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, active participation, learning motivation, and understanding of mathematical concepts. Role playing provides interactive learning experiences through simulation and contextual problem solving, while storytelling helps students understand mathematical concepts through storylines that are closely related to everyday life. The effectiveness of the two methods is influenced by the quality of instructional design, the use of supporting media, teachers’ competence in facilitating learning, and student characteristics. The conclusion of the study affirms that role playing and storytelling can be used as innovative learning strategies to improve the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools. These findings imply the importance of developing more contextual, active, and meaningful mathematics learning designs to strengthen students’ critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving competencies.
Tri Wulandari, Alice Felicia Azaria Hia, Resyarusyda Parandrengi ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10685 Tue, 23 Jun 2026 07:43:41 +0800 Pengaruh Pembayaran Elektronik, Estetika Desain dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Tataring Cafe & Resto https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10854
Customer satisfaction is an important aspect of culinary business sustainability, especially in facing changes in consumer behavior that are increasingly influenced by the convenience of digital transactions, the attractiveness of spatial design, and promotional strategies. This study aims to formulate the STORY Model as a conceptual framework for managing parent–madrasah collaboration in character education. Employing a conceptual literature review design, this study examined purposively selected scholarly works on family–school partnerships, parental involvement, character education, Islamic educational management, and madrasah governance. Data were collected through document-based literature review and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings reveal three major patterns of collaboration: educational communication, family participation in madrasah programs, and value reinforcement at home. The analysis also identifies several managerial weaknesses, including administratively oriented communication, reactive parental involvement, unstructured participation, limited reflective monitoring, and unclear character indicators. The study concludes that the STORY Model offers a systematic, participatory, and character-oriented framework for transforming parent–madrasah collaboration into a pedagogical partnership. The contribution of this study lies in advancing conceptual discourse on Islamic educational management and providing a foundation for future empirical validation across diverse madrasah contexts.
Wahyuni Wahyuni, Toto Suharto, Fauzi Muharom ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10936 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 06:29:07 +0800 Pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating terhadap Purchase Decision dengan Trust sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Pengguna Aplikasi Shopee Semarang https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10950
Although the development of e-commerce has encouraged consumers to increasingly rely on online customer reviews and online customer ratings before making purchases, previous research findings still show inconsistencies regarding the effects of these two variables on purchase decisions, particularly through trust as a mediating variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase decisions, with trust as a mediating variable among Shopee users in Semarang City. This study used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents who had made purchases through Shopee. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS. The results showed that online customer reviews had no significant effect on trust but had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Conversely, online customer ratings had a positive and significant effect on trust but had no direct effect on purchase decisions. In addition, trust had a positive effect on purchase decisions and was unable to mediate the effect of online customer reviews on purchase decisions, but was able to mediate the effect of online customer ratings on purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study confirms that Shopee users’ purchase decisions in Semarang City are more directly influenced by the quality of customer reviews, whereas ratings play a role in building trust, which subsequently encourages purchase decisions. These findings provide practical implications for platform managers and online business actors to enhance the credibility of reviews and strengthen rating mechanisms as a basis for building consumer trust.
Usman Usman, Alifah Ratnawati ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10950 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 06:53:28 +0800 Harmonisasi Tata Kelola Perilaku Siber Siswa Sekolah Dasar: Kemitraan Strategis Administrasi Sekolah dan Pendampingan Keluarga https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10990
The development of digital technology in elementary education has changed students’ learning interaction patterns, particularly in the use of digital devices as informal learning media in the home environment. This study aims to analyze the harmonization of students’ cyber behavior governance through a strategic partnership between school administration and family guidance. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving fourth-grade students of SDN 2 Lasusua as the main informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, indirect observation, and confirmation of learning documents. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the school had integrated digital technology into learning through an internet-based assignment system that encouraged students to learn independently at home. On the other hand, families played an important role in guiding cyber behavior through three patterns, namely active co-regulation, peer mediation, and autonomous responsibility. The research findings also showed that students had initial ability to identify artificial intelligence-based digital content manipulation. The conclusion of this study affirms that the success of students’ cyber behavior governance is strongly determined by the synergy between school institutions and the family environment in building a safe, productive, and educational digital ecosystem. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening school-family communication policies, students’ digital literacy, and family guidance that is adaptive to technological development.
Supriadi Supriadi, Ummu Kalsum Amaliyah ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10990 Thu, 02 Jul 2026 10:14:03 +0800 Prophetic Communication of Spiritual Leaders: An Integrative Framework for Islamic Educational Institutions https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11010
Although prophetic values have been widely discussed in Islamic educational leadership, conceptual explanations of prophetic communication as an observable pattern of institutional communication remain limited. This study aims to develop a conceptual model of prophetic communication that explains the communication patterns of spiritual leaders in Islamic educational institutions. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study examines literature on Islamic leadership, organizational communication, and contemporary communication theories. The findings indicate that prophetic communication functions not merely as a reflection of leaders’ moral character but also as a communicative action pattern that strengthens institutional trust, leadership legitimacy, and organizational commitment. The four prophetic dimensions—shiddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (effective communication), and fathanah (wisdom)—operate integratively within organizational communication processes. Based on these findings, this study proposes the Integrative Framework of Prophetic Communication (IFPC), which positions the four prophetic dimensions across three interconnected levels of institutional communication: intrapersonal-spiritual, interpersonal-organizational, and strategic-transformational. The novelty of the IFPC lies in its capacity to conceptualize prophetic communication as an observable and measurable communication pattern, integrate Islamic communication perspectives with contemporary communication theories, and provide an analytical framework applicable to both qualitative and quantitative research. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on Islamic educational leadership by clarifying the communicative foundations of spiritual leadership. Practically, it offers a value-based framework for leadership development in Islamic educational institutions.
Moh. Although zakat governance has been widely studied, research that specifically analyzes the processes of collecting, distributing, and the constraints in managing zakat funds at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bukittinggi City remains limited. This study aims to analyze zakat fund management at BAZNAS of Bukittinggi City and identify the constraints encountered in its implementation. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the leaders and administrators of BAZNAS of Bukittinggi City as well as several beneficiaries or mustahik selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that zakat fund management has been implemented through collection and distribution mechanisms that are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and the principles of organizational management. However, the optimization of zakat management still faces constraints in the form of low community participation outside the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), the suboptimal use of digital technology, and the dominance of consumptive distribution programs. These findings strengthen the application of George R. Terry’s management theory and the principles of good governance in the management of zakat institutions. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of improving collection strategies, management transparency, service digitalization, and the development of productive zakat programs to increase the effectiveness of zakat management. The implications of the study include theoretical contributions to the development of zakat management studies and practical implications for BAZNAS in strengthening zakat governance that is more transparent, adaptive, and oriented toward the economic empowerment of mustahik.
Chindy Hidayatullah, Rika Widianita ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11036 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 20:40:19 +0800 Optimalisasi Sukuk sebagai Instrumen untuk Mengakselerasi Investasi Syariah dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi di Indonesia https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11037
The optimization of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in supporting economic development has received attention in various previous studies. However, studies that specifically integrate analyses of the role of sukuk, constraints on its optimization, and development strategies within a single research framework remain limited. This study aims to analyze the role of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in accelerating Indonesia’s economic development, identify various constraints encountered, and formulate optimization strategies. This study employed a qualitative approach with a literature research or library research design. Data sources were obtained through documentation studies of books, journal articles, laws and regulations, fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), as well as official publications from the government and relevant institutions selected purposively based on their relevance to the research focus. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model that includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that sukuk plays a strategic role as an instrument for development financing, strengthening the Islamic capital market, and increasing investment in the real sector. Nevertheless, the optimization of sukuk still faces constraints in the form of low Islamic financial literacy, limited investor participation, suboptimal product innovation, and the need to strengthen regulation. These findings reinforce studies in Islamic economics, particularly regarding the optimization of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in supporting economic development. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of improving Islamic financial literacy, expanding the investor base, product innovation, and strengthening regulation to enhance the effectiveness of sukuk development in Indonesia. The implications of the study include theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic economics literature and practical implications for the government, regulators, and Islamic financial institutions in formulating more effective sukuk development policies.
Khofaria Amini Hutapea, Hesi Eka Puteri ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11037 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 20:49:25 +0800 Pengaruh Promosi dan Kreativitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Toko Sketsa Variasi di Kamang Tangah, Agam https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11038
Promotion and product creativity are important factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions, particularly among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative services sector. Although these two factors have been widely studied, research that specifically analyzes the influence of promotion and product creativity on purchasing decisions in printing and vehicle customization service businesses remains relatively limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, the effect of product creativity on purchasing decisions, and the simultaneous effect of promotion and product creativity on purchasing decisions at Toko Sketsa Variasi in Kamang Tangah, Agam. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative survey design, involving 105 consumers as respondents selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had met validity and reliability tests, and were then analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product creativity also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the two variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the ability to explain 50.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings strengthen the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining consumer behavior in creative-service MSMEs and broaden the understanding of the role of promotion and product creativity in enhancing purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that optimizing promotional strategies and strengthening product creativity are important factors in encouraging consumer purchasing decisions. The implications of the study include theoretical contributions to the development of consumer behavior studies and practical implications for MSME actors in optimizing digital marketing-based promotional strategies and improving product creativity to strengthen business competitiveness.
Elsa Sabrina, Era Sonita ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11038 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 20:58:09 +0800 Analisis Pengaruh Promosi dan Physical Evidence dalam Meningkatkan Minat terhadap Jumlah Siswa Baru pada MIM Tamiang Lembah Melintang https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11071
Although promotion and physical evidence have been widely studied in educational service marketing, studies that specifically analyze the effect of these two variables on public interest in choosing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Tamiang Lembah Melintang remain limited. These findings strengthen the concept of the service marketing mix, particularly the role of physical evidence in shaping public perceptions of the quality of educational services. The conclusion of this study affirms that improving the quality of madrasah facilities and physical environment needs to be a priority in the marketing strategy of educational institutions. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to the development of educational service marketing studies as well as practical contributions for madrasah administrators in designing more effective marketing strategies to increase public interest and the number of new students.
Ainil Darti, Yuwarman Mansur ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11071 Tue, 07 Jul 2026 16:21:06 +0800 Quality Management in Islamic Schools (Madrasah): A Literature Review on Integrating Total Quality Management, PDCA, and Islamic Values into an IM-QM Model https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11079
Improving the quality of madrasah education requires the integration of modern management approaches with Islamic ethical values. This study aims to develop the Islamic Management Quality Model (IM-QM) by synthesizing Total Quality Management (TQM), the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle, and core Islamic values, namely amanah, ihsan, itqan, and syura. Using a descriptive qualitative literature-review method, this study examined sources published between 2015 and 2025 from Scopus, SINTA, and Google Scholar, which were analyzed through content synthesis and triangulation. The findings indicate that TQM provides a strategic culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder orientation, PDCA offers an iterative operational mechanism for translating strategy into measurable practice, and Islamic values provide an ethical-philosophical foundation that legitimizes and humanizes quality improvement efforts. The integrated IM-QM model consists of three interdependent pillars: a philosophical pillar that embeds Islamic ethics into institutional purpose and decision-making, a managerial pillar that applies TQM principles for system-wide quality governance, and an operational pillar that uses PDCA cycles for planning, implementation, evaluation, and corrective action. The literature also identifies several implementation challenges, including partial adoption of TQM, limited translation of values into measurable indicators, resource and capacity constraints, and leadership gaps. These challenges underscore the need for participatory, value-driven leadership and measurable value-based quality indicators. This study concludes that IM-QM offers a holistic framework for strengthening academic and non-academic outcomes, stakeholder trust, institutional resilience, and religious identity in madrasah education. The study contributes to Islamic education management by proposing an integrated quality model and recommends further empirical validation through case studies, pilot implementation, and mixed-methods evaluation across diverse madrasah contexts.
Ahmad Munir, Andi Abdul Muis, Syahwal Syahwal, Ramli R., Sunarti Sunarti ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11079 Tue, 07 Jul 2026 16:22:52 +0800 Daya Tarik Pasar Tradisional terhadap Konsumen di Dusun Pulau Musang Kabupaten Tebo https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11122
Traditional markets continue to play an important role in meeting the needs of rural communities, but studies that specifically explain the factors shaping the attractiveness of traditional markets for consumers in rural areas remain limited. This study aims to analyze the factors that shape the attractiveness of Balai Rajo Traditional Market for consumers in Pulau Musang Hamlet, Tebo Regency, and to identify the constraints and efforts to address them. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. A total of 32 informants consisting of consumers, traders, market managers, and local government representatives were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation, and were then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that market attractiveness is shaped by product diversity and freshness, affordable and negotiable prices, friendly trader service, and consumer habits and loyalty. The main constraints identified include rapidly depleted product supplies, limited parking areas, suboptimal sanitation and cleanliness, and market road conditions that still need improvement. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the attractiveness of rural traditional markets is determined not only by economic aspects but also by the quality of social interaction, shopping habits, and the availability of supporting facilities. These findings contribute to expanding understanding of rural traditional market consumer behavior and provide practical implications for market managers and local governments in improving stock management, sanitation, cleanliness, and market facilities.
Teddy Saputra, Fauzan Ramli, Muhamad Subhan ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11122 Wed, 08 Jul 2026 09:27:44 +0800 Pengaruh Penggunaan E-Wallet terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa dengan Literasi Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11128
The development of e-wallet use has changed students’ transaction patterns through payment convenience, promotions, and digital financial features, but studies examining the effect of e-wallet use on consumptive behavior with financial literacy as a mediating variable remain limited. In the context of PT MAS Arya Semarang, a balance among extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and transactional leadership is required to improve employee job satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effects of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, both directly and through transactional leadership as a mediating variable. The study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires administered to employees of PT MAS Arya Semarang. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results showed that extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on transactional leadership and job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation had a negative and significant effect on transactional leadership but a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Transactional leadership also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and was proven to mediate the effects of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. These findings confirm that improving employee job satisfaction requires the appropriate management of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation and the effective implementation of transactional leadership. The practical implications of this study indicate that the company needs to integrate reward policies, strengthen internal motivation, and implement achievement-based leadership mechanisms to support improvements in productivity and company performance.
Shania Krishna, Ardian Adhiatma ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11180 Sat, 11 Jul 2026 15:52:34 +0800 Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi dan Logistik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2024 https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11240
Financial distress is a condition involving a decline in a company’s financial health that may lead to bankruptcy if not properly addressed. Although it has been widely studied, research specifically analyzing the effects of profitability, liquidity, and company size on financial distress among transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the post-COVID-19 pandemic context remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the effects of profitability, liquidity, and company size on financial distress among transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The research sample consisted of 25 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data in the form of annual financial statements were collected through documentation and analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews software. The results showed that profitability, proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), had a significant effect on financial distress, whereas liquidity, proxied by the Cash Ratio, and company size, measured using the natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets, had no significant partial effects. However, simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, and company size had a significant effect on financial distress. These findings strengthen the application of agency theory in explaining the relationship between financial performance and financial distress conditions while extending empirical evidence in Indonesia’s transportation and logistics sector. This study concludes that profitability is the primary factor contributing to the minimization of financial distress risk. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on the determinants of financial distress, while practically, its findings may serve as a consideration for company management and investors in making financial decisions. However, the information contained in reviews does not always accurately reflect the actual condition of products, thereby potentially influencing consumers’ purchasing decisions. This study aimed to describe consumer trust, perceived risk, and product quality based on consumer reviews of Pelangi Nicer Store on the Shopee marketplace during the 2024–2025 period. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple quantitative analysis using a content analysis design. The research data comprised 366 consumer reviews selected through purposive sampling from a population of 500 reviews. Data were collected through documentation, selection, coding, and classification of reviews and were subsequently analyzed using ChatGPT-assisted content analysis, which was reverified by the researcher through calculations of frequencies, percentages, and mean values. The results showed that consumer trust was categorized as poor because of the seller’s low integrity and unethical behavior, although the store’s reputation was considered relatively high. Consumers’ perceived risk was categorized as very high, particularly in relation to product, psychological, and delivery risks. Product quality was also categorized as poor because of low product durability, although its visual appearance was considered attractive. This study concludes that discrepancies between product descriptions and the actual condition of the products received are the primary factors that reduce consumer trust and increase perceived risk. These findings imply the importance of improving quality control, product information transparency, and seller service management to build consumer trust and enhance the store’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
Winan Sutomo Sianturi ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/10565 Wed, 15 Jul 2026 17:09:41 +0800 Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Pay-Later https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/11268
The use of pay-later services among university students continues to increase, but research integrating financial literacy and lifestyle in explaining decisions to use these services remains limited.
