The primary objective is to identify the factors influencing students' understanding of this feature. A qualitative method was employed, with primary data collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that 90% of informants understand the concept and functionality of the cardless withdrawal feature, indicating the effectiveness of BSI’s outreach efforts. Approximately 65% of informants have used the feature, while the rest have not, citing reasons such as habitual reliance on traditional methods, lack of necessity, or limited technical information. Based on the Diffusion of Innovations framework, the feature is perceived to have a relative advantage due to its convenience, time efficiency, and enhanced security compared to conventional withdrawal methods. It is also considered compatible with students’ digital transaction habits and aligns with the modernization of sharia banking services. The feature is rated as low in complexity, with initial technical barriers easily overcome. Its high trialability—allowing use without financial risk—and observability, through visible use at ATMs and app notifications, further influence adoption. The study concludes that factors such as perceived advantage, alignment with values and habits, and ease of use significantly contribute to enhancing students’ understanding and adoption of the cardless withdrawal feature in the context of sharia banking.
2025-11-01T17:26:44+08:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/7878Analisis Implementasi Prinsip-Prinsip Etika Bisnis Syariah pada Pedagang Pasar Alahan Panjang2025-11-10T20:34:23+08:00Nurhamida Gusti[email protected]Yefri Joni[email protected]
Sharia business ethics represent a fundamental component of muamalah practices in Islam, emphasizing principles of honesty, justice, responsibility, and consumer care in commercial transactions. Although widely acknowledged within Islamic economic discourse, empirical studies specifically examining the implementation of these principles in local traditional markets—such as the Alahan Panjang Market—remain limited. This study aims to analyze the application of sharia business ethics in the trading practices of merchants at Alahan Panjang Market and to identify factors influencing adherence to these values. A qualitative field study approach was employed, involving merchants and consumers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and interpretative conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that most merchants have implemented key ethical principles in their trading practices, particularly in transactional honesty, price fairness, accountability for merchandise, and consumer-oriented attitudes. However, inconsistencies persist, notably in aspects of price and quality transparency, influenced by economic competition, limited understanding of muamalah concepts, and insufficient oversight from market authorities and religious institutions. The study concludes that strengthening education on sharia business ethics, enhancing institutional supervision, and fostering collaboration between local governments and religious bodies are essential for guiding traditional market traders. This research contributes to the enrichment of Islamic business ethics literature in local contexts and offers practical implications for value-based trade policy development.
2025-11-10T20:34:23+08:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/7916Penerapan Strategi Giving Question and Getting Answers untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri2025-11-13T14:38:36+08:00Dina Istiqomah[email protected]Sonita Yulianti[email protected]
The low academic performance of fifth-grade students in Social Studies at SDN 016 Balung—where only 44% met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM)—along with limited interest, participation, and confidence during lessons, served as the background for this study. The research aims to improve learning outcomes through the implementation of the active learning strategy Giving Question and Getting Answers (GQGA), which positions students as active agents in the learning process. A Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was employed over two cycles within one month, using observation, tests, and documentation for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods to evaluate improvements in teacher activity, student activity, and learning outcomes. The findings indicate substantial improvement: teacher activity increased from 66.07% (fairly good) in the first cycle to 89.28% (good) in the second cycle; student activity rose from 69.42% to 89.14%; and student mastery improved from 44% (pre-intervention) to 60% in the first cycle and 88% in the second cycle. These results demonstrate that the GQGA strategy effectively enhances student engagement and academic achievement in Social Studies. It is therefore recommended as an alternative active learning approach that fosters optimal and sustained student involvement in primary education.
The high unemployment rate in Indonesia necessitates that university students not rely solely on formal employment opportunities but also develop the ability to create opportunities through entrepreneurial activities. However, observations at STIT Payakumbuh reveal that many students exhibit low entrepreneurial interest, influenced by perceptions that entrepreneurship requires substantial capital, involves high risk, and demands strong self-confidence—qualities they believe they lack. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on students’ entrepreneurial interest at STIT Payakumbuh. A quantitative field research approach was adopted, involving a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents selected using probability sampling. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, processed using SPSS 24. The results indicate that motivation has a significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial interest, and entrepreneurial knowledge also contributes positively in a partial capacity. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence entrepreneurial interest, with a combined contribution of 60.8%. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening internal motivation and enhancing entrepreneurial literacy to foster student readiness and a proactive mindset toward independent business ventures.
2025-11-13T14:48:41+08:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.yasin-alsys.org/arzusin/article/view/7965Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Padang2025-11-18T15:30:51+08:00Vivi Andriani[email protected]Afriyeni Afriyeni[email protected]
Research on job satisfaction has been widely conducted, yet studies that specifically analyze the relationship between workload and work motivation in the context of public university employees remain relatively limited, particularly at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang. This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and work motivation on the job satisfaction of employees at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang. A quantitative survey design was employed, involving 36 employees selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, whereas work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employees’ job satisfaction. These findings contribute to strengthening organizational behavior theory and broaden understanding of the determinants of job satisfaction in the context of higher education institutions. The study concludes that managing workload proportionally and optimizing motivational factors are key aspects in enhancing employees’ job satisfaction, thereby requiring institutions to implement supportive policies based on reward systems, work facilities, and competency development. Theoretically, this study enriches the human resource management literature, while practically it provides a reference for policymakers in higher education institutions and opens avenues for further research exploring mediating or moderating variables in the relationships among the examined constructs.
2025-11-18T15:30:51+08:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
